Oil Coolers
Metal-cut oil is used in metal machining, which aims to cool and lubricate metal positions, and also have the effect of cleaning metal debris that appears in the process of machining from the surface of detail.
In 60 years, PETOFER did not stop researching and producing metal-made oils with the purpose of raising the life expectancy, efficiency of machining, finishing surfaces, increasing rust resistance and solution lifespan. Oil forming Metal
The oil-forming metal is used for lubrication and cooling during bending, stretching and forming metal.
The series of metallic produce includes pure oils, emulsion, dispersal, synthetic products and pastes. Our products are developed to meet each of the different metal-shaped virginity, thus ensuring that the user has the highest productivity and quality.

Oil Cup molding die
This is a complete type of product suitable for casting pressure machines. Petrofer produces a wide range of high quality products for the casting process and we regularly conduct inspection to ensure the safe, uninterrupted production, cost savings and prolong of the equipment's lifetime.
Oil-fighting hydraulic
Hydraulic oil is usually made of flammable mineral oils, so the mineral oil is clearly a threat in areas where the risk of high explosion. Petrofer has produced the range of anti-fire hydraulic oil products. During the past 50 years, these products have been constantly improved and help Petrofer become the market leading company in the technology. Petrofer has received OEM approval for this range of products.
Rust retarsants
The anti-rust oil is used during temporary storage of dry-work materials during and after production. In addition to the fast-paced application speed and reliability, the product also carries many advantages such as non-barium, non-VOC, which can be easily cleaned with Petrofer's Feroclean product chain.
Industrial Cleaners

Oil I
The accelerometer oil is the oils I used to enhance my performance. Until recently, the thermogenic substances are only effective with low viscosity oils but with the non-stop invention, we have been able to provide the hot oils I have high viscosities with enhanced cooling properties.
Industrial Lubricants
High quality oils are used for general and particularity skills. The product is resistant to abrasion and high life due to dedicated additive technology. High viscosity index for good viscosity performance
Preprocessing ZIRCONIUM
The preprocessing technology Zirconium is the new technology for the processing of metallic surfaces before coating replacement for the traditional phosphates technology.
The outstanding advantages of the new technology are:
• To meet environmental regulations: Zircon-friendly environmental technology with more environment than the phosphate technology, reducing the amount of wastewater, reducing power consumption and sufficient standards for direct exhaust
• Improving product quality: Zircon coating technology for detail needs to be increased against GI resistance, better corrosion resistance compared to phosphation technology
• Saving cost of chemicals, operating costs and a much more maintenance than the phosphate technology
